English Teacher

Job Summary:

The position requires an English language teacher who specialises in IELTS preparation. The ideal candidate will deliver effective English lessons, prepare students for the IELTS exam, and contribute to the curriculum's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using various teaching methods, deliver engaging English and IELTS-focused lessons.
• IELTS Preparation, Develop and implement a comprehensive IELTS curriculum, conduct mock exams, and provide detailed feedback.
• Professional Development, Stay updated with educational trends, participate in workshops, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Extracurricular Activities: Organise and participate in English clubs, competitions, and cultural events.
• Use various curriculum resources.
• Design and integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
• Utilise curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.
• Develop incentives to keep participants in class.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and manage student behaviour effectively.
• Keep track of grades and grade papers, as well as perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Assess students' progress and achievements.
• Develop professional relationships with companies, agencies, and education providers.
• Work together with program coordinators to guarantee the successful completion of initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• I possess proven experience in ESL/EFL teaching and IELTS preparation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology.
