Electrical Teacher

Job Description:

Nasser Centre for Science and Technology is seeking a qualified and motivated Electrical Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching electrical engineering and related technical subjects, delivering both theoretical and practical lessons that support learners’ understanding and professional development in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lectures, laboratory sessions, and hands-on workshops in electrical engineering topics.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the Centre’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Guide learners in applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, including electrical circuits, power systems, and safety procedures.
• Evaluate learners’ performance and provide feedback to enhance their academic and technical skills.
• Ensure laboratory safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with institutional standards.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control circuits.
• Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners through interactive and practical teaching methods.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 2–5 years of experience in the electrical engineering field or teaching electrical subjects.
