Manama, Dec 29 (BNA) – On behalf of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today inaugurated Nasser Center for Rehabilitation and Vocational Training in Jaw.

HH Shaikh Nasser extended gratitude to HM the King for his directives to name the center after Shaikh Nasser, which is a great honor to be proud of.

He vowed exerting more efforts to implement HM the King’s visions and directives, expressing thanks to HM the King for patronizing the opening of the center and his keenness to provide various services for his loyal people.

He hailed the support of the government led by HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and promotion of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, First Deputy Prime Minister.

He said that this educational center is designed to contribute to meet our ultimate goals and to graduate national cadres enjoy high excellence and professionalism. He added that the center will also contribute to saw the spirit of good citizenship among the students and to rehabilitate them by providing them with the appropriate vocational training to assist them to become active and productive citizens.

He pointed out that this grand national project is based on a solid ground and similar to successful experience of the United Arab Emirates.

He highly appreciated the support of UAE leadership, mainly directives of HH Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and all officials of the Institute of Applied Sciences in Abu Dhabi.

Minister of Education, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, congratulated Sahikh Nasser on the opening of center and hailed his efforts in promoting educational and training march.

Royal Charity Organization Sec-Gen, Dr. Mustaffa Al-Sayed, lauded the Royal keenness, government’s support and Shaikh Nasser’s efforts in following up the center’s course of work and his support for reaching the desired objectives.
HH Shaikh Nasser toured the center and was briefed on the training programmes and workshops. He urged the students to give more efforts to contribute to boosting the development process.

The students presented HH Shaikh Nasser with an ipad as a commemorative gift that contains the curriculum adopted by the center.
