These qualifications meet global standards in vocational and technical education and are tailored to the needs of organizations in Bahrain—ensuring that graduates are job-ready or prepared to pursue higher education locally and internationally.

انطلاقًا من رؤية المركز في تمكين الأفراد بمهارات عملية متوافقة مع متطلبات سوق العمل، تم تصميم هذه البرامج بالتعاون مع بيرسون – المملكة المتحدة، وذلك لتوفير مؤهلات دولية معترف بها في مجالات الهندسة، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، إدارة الأعمال، والرياضة. وتواكب هذه المؤهلات المعايير الدولية في التعليم المهني والتقني، وتلبي احتياجات المؤسسات في البحرين، مما يجعل خريجي المركز جاهزين مباشرة لسوق العمل أو لمواصلة دراساتهم الجامعية محليًا ودوليًا.

NCST Values Partnership
We work closely with companies in various industries through our industry reference groups, short industry-tailored courses, work placement, and career fairs. We believe in the importance of these companies and their role in the development of the Bahrain economy and Labour market.
NCST’s close links with industry enable us to provide our students with learning outcomes that match current and future industry needs. Our students are closely involved in workshops, conferences, competitions, and real projects for real companies. By combining this continuous learning experience with project-driven work placement, our graduates become work ready and ready for work.
Work placement
Work Placement is a compulsory component of each program and a pre-requisite for graduation. All students have to complete on-the-job training for varying durations depending on their program of study.

The Work Placement Program generally runs once a year. Students receive invaluable, practical, ‘hands-on’ training that plays a key role in their future endeavors.
