Job Description:

Deliver and assess training in control and mechatronics systems in line with Pearson BTEC standards. Plan and facilitate both theoretical and practical sessions covering robotics integration,sensors and actuators, automation systems, and control fundamentals. Support workshop-based learning, maintain equipment, and contribute to curriculum development and industry-linked projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics Engineering, or closely related field
• Minimum 3 years teaching/training or relevant industry experience
• Experience with robotics systems, sensors, actuators, and basic control systems
• Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of BTEC or competency-based assessment frameworks preferred
• Strong communication and workshop/classroom management skills
